You may know Dr Frances Pitsilis from her primetime TVNZ show, Is Modern Medicine Killing You? Soon after launching her career in general medicine more than 25 years ago, Frances developed an interest in stress, to which the majority of illnesses are related. She has twice recovered from burnout herself, and now combines her focus on inner and outer health in her practice at her Regenerative Medicine Institute, which uses the latest innovative and scientifically proven treatments to help chronic illness and improve appearance.
In its work with Dr Frances over the past decade, Alexander PR has communicated the latest advancements within the doctor’s wide-ranging areas of expertise and specialty. A confident public speaker who can deliver informative and topical content to disparate audiences, Dr Frances thrives in a media environment.
APR arranged Dr Frances’s 5 April 2016 appearance on TVNZ Breakfast to discuss fatigue with presenters Sam Wallace and Nadine Chalmers-Ross. Apropos of the daylight savings time change, Dr Frances gave helpful advice on how to address feeling tired in everyday life.
APR collaborated with Philip Hurring of Digital Motion Pictures to produce an informative video series for distribution through high-profile media outlets. The New Zealand Herald uploaded Dr Frances’s first video, on the topic of fatigue.
