For six weeks beginning in March 2018, Perpetual Guardian will trial a four-day work week across the business. The remarkable point of difference: there is no compression of work schedules (such as four 10-hour days) or reduction in salaries. Simply, employees will be able to nominate and receive a day off each week, at full pay. The trial aims to empower and engage a staff-led discussion including a focus on team and individual productivity.
