Hugh Henderson, marketer at VOLOM, has been featured in the New Zealand Herald talking about common factors between sport and business and how they both have the potential to suffer reputational damage.

Using sports examples he explains that each can take lessons from the other, especially when it comes to managing a crisis that can threaten reputation and perception. He outlines that sports have something that all businesses want; a fan/customer base with a strong positive disposition towards a team, its brand and its people.
